National Cadet Corps (NCC)

Introduction

In 2024, Christ University Yeshwanthpur proudly inaugurated the 2nd PL/1COY/3KAR Battalion under the National Cadet Corps (NCC). This milestone adds a prestigious dimension to the campus, marking the beginning of a new era in discipline, leadership, and national service. The battalion, consisting of 33 dedicated cadets, has demonstrated excellence through rigorous training and successful event organisation. Key highlights include a Poster Making Competition, Debate Competition, and a Documentary Screening on Kargil Vijay Diwas, fostering patriotism and pride. The cadets have also completed the Annual Training Camp (ATC), Thal Sainik Camp (TSC), and RDC, with four selected for the Ek Bharat Shreshta Bharat (EBSB) National Camp. This launch sets a foundation for a tradition of excellence and service.
